Unconscious Biases and Micro-Aggressions
Do you ever see or hear things that you think might be problematic or wrong or harmful to others, but you aren’t exactly sure? And do you every feel that you just don’t know what to say in those moments? Those things you see and hear might be micro-aggressions, driven by unconscious biases.
