LEADS Learning Series: SYSTEMS Transformation
Healthcare systems are complex, social, dynamic, and adaptive systems shaped by relationships, behaviors and continuous change. Systems transformation is therefore a key leadership competency, requiring leaders to influence change through critical thinking, innovation, a future orientation, and change leadership. This session explores how leaders, viewing healthcare as a system can engage others and develop meaningful partnerships to achieve the transformational change we all agreed is needed in healthcare.
