Engaging others is a core leadership practice that drives trust, collaboration, and performance. This interactive workshop explores the Engage Others domain of the LEADS in a Caring Environment framework. Through self-reflection, peer discussion, and leadership tools, leaders will deepen their awareness of how they impact those around them, and gain practical strategies to foster development, build strong teams, and communicate with clarity and purpose. Whether you are leading a team, project, or initiative, this session will help you strengthen your ability to inspire, support, and engage those around you.

This course is open to leaders in Cohort 1 & 2
Prerequisite: LEADS Learning Series: LEAD Self

Learning Outcomes:

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Understand the critical role that engaging others plays in building trust, collaboration, and team performance.
• Gain insight into how their leadership approach influences communication, team development, and workplace culture.
• Be supported to strengthen their practice in the Engage Others domain by identifying one capability to focus on and one action to take forward.
• Build new connections with peers and leave with practical tools and resources to apply and extend their learning in the workplace.
