Developing coalitions is at the heart of leadership in complex systems where no one can achieve results alone. In this interactive and practical session, we’ll explore the Develop Coalitions domain and what it really looks like to build purposeful and inclusive partnerships in leadership.

Together, we’ll unpack the four key capabilities that help leaders build trust, work across differences, value diverse perspectives, share knowledge, and navigate power and influence to move work forward across teams and organizations.

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Gain a practical overview of how the four capabilities in this domain help leaders build strong relationships across organizations and improve system performance
• Identify one strength and one area where you would like to grow within the Develop Coalitions domain
• Choose one leadership action to apply in practice and support your growth
