In this session, we will explore the Achieve Results domain, which highlights the core capabilities every leader needs to get things done: Set direction; Align decisions with vision, values, and evidence; Take action to implement decisions, and Assess & evaluate.

Achieving results in complex healthcare environments doesn’t happen in isolation; as leaders, achieving results becomes a shared responsibility as it’s about delivering outcomes with others, not to them or without them. This module supports leaders to clarify purpose, align daily actions with strategy, navigate roadblocks, and course correct as needed.

Learning Outcomes:

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Become familiar with the four Achieve Results capabilities and how they show up in leadership ​
• Reflect on how you set direction, make decisions, take action and evaluate outcomes​, to achieve results
• Assess your strengths and areas for growth within the Achieve Results domain
• Commit to one specific action to implement in your practice that will enhance your effectiveness in achieving results
