Change is a constant reality for leaders. This is especially so for leaders in healthcare. This workshop equips new leaders with foundational knowledge and practical tools to effectively lead people through change, while nurturing a resilient workplace culture. Participants will explore the fundamentals of change management and change leadership including how to build commitment and how to support teams through change.

  • HHS staff who lead Clinical & Non Clinical Healthcare Teams

Learning Outcomes:

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Knowledge of how to champion change by communicating purpose and benefits, addressing concerns, and creating an environment that encourages adaptability and continuous improvement
  • Tools for identifying key interest holders, how the change impacts them, and strategies for addressing their needs during the change
  • Knowledge of how to spot and harness culture to propel change
