This mini-session is for those who know the basics of CQI Huddle and are looking to learn more about coaching their teams and keeping improvement work progressing!

Who is this course for?

This course is open to leaders who lead Clinical and Non Clinical Healthcare Teams; have taken CQI #1-4 or previous participation in CQI Module Training

Learning Outcomes:

At the end of this course, you will:

  • Facilitate a CQI huddle
  • Integrate A3 thinking with CQI huddle
  • Implement strategies to maximize the effectiveness of CQI huddle and the progression of improvement work
