CQI #7: CQI for Leaders: Status Sheet

The CQI Status Sheet is a foundational tool in a leader’s tool kit. A regular, structured 15-minute conversation, the CQI Status Sheet enables you as a leader to better understand the work or your team and supports you to coach and develop others. We will build-your-own status sheet during class.

Who is this course for?

This course is open to leaders who lead Clinical and Non Clinical Healthcare Teams; have taken CQI #1-4 or previous participation in CQI Module Training

Learning Outcomes:

At the end of this course, you will:

  • The skills to develop and use a CQI Status Sheet
  • An understanding of the value of coaching others
  • Effective use of open-ended questions
