Who is this course for?

This course is open to leaders who lead Clinical and Non Clinical Healthcare Teams; have taken CQI #1-4 or previous participation in CQI Module Training

Learning Outcomes:

At the end of this course, you will:

• Knowledge of the Principles of the CQI System
• Knowledge and self-reflection on the Key Leader behaviours aligned with success in CQI
• Improved communication and team development through the use of open-ended questions
• Increased adoption of a coaching approach to leadership
