Who is this course for?
This course is open to Individuals in a charge or unit leader or supervisor role.
Learning Outcomes:
At the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Increase self-awareness and self-management
- Broaden understanding about HHS beyond the unit level
- Network and learn with others at HHS who are in a charge role position
- Identify the strengths and challenges of diverse personality traits and characteristics
- Learn techniques to build effective working relationships with team members
- Share strategies to support charge persons to effectively understand, prepare for, engage with and reflect on a difficult conversation
Pre-Work:
- Registered participants must complete an online Personality Dimensions Assessment one week prior to the first day of the program. The pre-work is mandatory for participation in the program.

- Communication The art of speaking, listening, observing and empathizing with each other.
