Leading Self and Others Through Planned Change
In this program, leaders will discover ways to effectively lead change by learning the Hamilton Health Sciences Integrated Change Model. By engaging with change tools and methods in the classroom, leaders will learn and integrate HHS change standard work so they can feel more prepared and confident in leading themselves and others through planned change.
Who is this course for?
This course is open to all staff, physicians, and volunteers who have a change project to work through.
Learning Outcomes:
At the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Understand the HHS Integrated change model and its purpose
- Apply the change standard work to a planned change
- Feel more confident in when and how to use change tools
Pre-Work:
Identify a change that you are leading or supporting your team through.

8 hours (4 x 2hr. session)

HHS staff, physicians and volunteers: FREE
Non-HHS: Not Applicable (HHS only)
- Change Prepare, support and equip individuals to drive change success.
- Leadership Helps expand the capacity of individuals to embody leadership in their everyday.
- Program (multi-session) A series of learning sessions delivered over a period of time that allows participants to take a deep dive into the subject.
