Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, we ask that you cancel at least 3 days prior to your course start date by
contacting the Centre for People Development by email (CentreforPeopleDevel@hhsc.ca), or by telephone (905.521.2100, ext. 74329).
Free Programs: We appreciate you providing cancellation notice so that we can offer this space to other HHS staff who are waitlisted for this program.
Paid Programs: Cancellations made 24 hours, or more, in advance of the event start date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the event start date, will receive a credit toward a future offering of the program.
