Leading change is not an easy task, especially in a complex, high-stress, and ever changing environment like healthcare. The good news is, with the right tools, process, and know-how you can lead, engage in, and support others through change in a more seamless, meaningful and effective way.
This intensive program is designed with our unique environment, staff and leaders in mind, and ensures you leave knowing what works and what to avoid in order to achieve results, and lead yourself and others effectively through systems transformation and change at HHS.

Attendance at this program entitles certified Canadian College of Health Leaders members (CHE / Fellow) to 10Category I credits toward their maintenance of certification requirement.
