Leading Self and Others Through Transformational Change - October 2020

Leading change is not an easy task, especially in a complex, high-stress, and ever changing environment like healthcare. The good news is, with the right tools, process, and know-how you can lead, engage in, and support others through change in a more seamless, meaningful and effective way.

This intensive program is designed with our unique environment, staff and leaders in mind, and ensures you leave knowing what works and what to avoid in order to achieve results, and lead yourself and others effectively through systems transformation and change at HHS.

Those who lead healthcare teams, both clinical and non clinical.

Learning Outcomes:

Apply a core set of practices, tools and processes to:

  • Apply HHS’ change model in a meaningful way to your specific change initiatives
  • Develop greater resilience within yourself and your team during times of change
  • Engage and support others through the change transformation journey
  • Set clear change goals and develop/implement plans to get there
  • Build effective communication strategies into your every-day work
  • Build and maintain support for change, even amid other changes and stressors
  • Integrate change leadership best practices with CQI
  • Apply the tools, templates and techniques essential to leading change at HHS.
