Pause, Reset, Nourish, PRN for Leaders – November 2020

Pause, Reset, Nourish, PRN for Leaders – November 2020

PRN is a resilience integration framework that is being rolled out throughout HHS that encourages staff, leaders, and physicians to weave resilience practises throughout the flow of their work.

Health care has become increasingly complex and is in continuous flux.  The numerous and competing demands require resilience.  Resilience is not solely about a set of tools, strategies, or guidelines that are an add on to our workday but an embodied practise.  This program provides formal leaders with a time to pause to acknowledge their own experiences through challenging times, to reflect on the impact of the demands in health care on their teams and relationships, and to explore ways to reset and nourish themselves and others as we continue to adapt to our evolving social, organizational and epidemiological context.
