Applying ADKAR® when Managing Change (Mini Session) October 13, 2021

Change Management certifier Prosci grounds their process in the ADKAR model: Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement. This research developed diagnostic tool allows anyone to asses the readiness for change, while targeting barrier points and next steps. An introduction ADKAR, with opportunities to build user capacity, and a goal of applying it into individual settings, are objectives of this session.
