This program offers practical, proven techniques for improving team performance in health care. 

Healthcare teams that consistently demonstrate exceptional care/service and create a positive, engaged staff experience (even in times of change), demonstrate a core set of team practices that make all the difference to a team’s performance and the quality of care/service they provide.

During this intensive program you will gain simple but powerful tools to build the energy and momentum needed within your teams to perform and thrive in the turbulent, ever changing world of healthcare.

Special Course Features:

This program includes 2 face to face workshops, a webinar and bi weekly messages to support participants to bring the core set of team practices back to their team(s).  Participation in the 2 face to face sessions and webinar is required for successful completion of this program.


MAINTENANCE OF CERTIFICATION:  Attendance at this program entitles certified Canadian College of Health Leaders members (CHE / Fellow) to 9.5 Category I credits toward their maintenance of certification requirement.
